What is a reseller?
A reseller is a person who bills and supports their
own web hosting clients. You purchase our hosting accounts
at a discounted price and resell them to your customers
at your own price. You are in control of your site and your
customers. We become invisible to your clients.
So how does the Reseller Program work?
In most cases you would publish your own web site advertising
your own hosting packages. You can charge any price you
think the market will pay.
As a Reseller, will i be able to brand the service as
my own?
You can sell the web hosting service as your own. The
control panel, and the web based email system do not mention
our company.
Do you allow overselling my reseller account?
NO! We do not allow overselling on our of our hosting plans .
Do you support my customers?
No, we support you. You support your customers. Any
issue that your client has, for which you require our assistance,
should go from your client to you, then from you to us via
our helpdesk.
As a reseller can we offer a "Demo Account"
for our potential customers?
No. Having cPanel demo accounts is strictly prohibited
and we will immediatley terminate any such accounts. A second
offense will result in the suspension of your entire reseller
account.
How long to setup my reseller accountonce i have made
the payment?
Once your payment has been verified, your account will
be setup within 1-6 hours.
How much does it cost setup fees to become a reseller
?
At this point we charge one time setup fee of RM45.00.
Do you offer my own NameServers, like ns1.mydomain.com?
Yes we do.
How much does it cost to have my own NameServers?
No cost at all. Its Free :-)
I have a domain name registered with other company, do i have to transfer the domain to you?
No, we will provide you with your ip's and nameservers and you can just update your dns immediately and wait within 12-24 hours for the domain to be fully propagated..
How many IP's do I get?
You get two IP address with your account for your name servers.
How much for additional IP's?
We only provide dedicated ip for clients that purchase a
SSL Certificates with additional charge of
RM7.50 per IP, per month.
Can I really host unlimited domains?
Yes you can! We don't actively limit the number of domains
you can host. You are limited only by your transfer/disk
space usage.
What if, as a reseller, one of my clients breaks your
rules?
We will suspend the account of the rule breaker. We
don't suspend our resellers for things they have no control
over.
Is it easy to upgrade my account to another plan?
Yes it is. Even if the upgrade requires a server move, the
upgrade can be done seamlessly and easily.
How is your billing handled?
We will bill you directly due for your own account(s).
You will then be responsible for getting payments from your
own customers.
What are the benefits of a reseller account?
A reseller account allows you the freedom of not having
to worry about paying more for hosting if you buy a new
domain name. For someone who has multiple sites, a reseller account is the most convenient and cost-effective
solution.
